Refund Policy

1. Deposit Refund
- No refunds to original payment method: Once you have completed a deposit to our system, this amount cannot be refunded to your bank account, e-wallet, or credit card. This balance can only be used to pay for services on the system.
- You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute, chargeback, or claim against us for any reason.
- If you deliberately create a dispute or chargeback after depositing, we reserve the right to cancel all orders, permanently ban your account, and block your IP address from our system.
2. Order Refund
- Orders placed on the system will NOT be refunded or canceled once they start processing.
- You will automatically be refunded to your account balance on the system if the order encounters an error (cannot be delivered) or is canceled by our server.
- Orders placed with incorrect information (wrong link, private account) are not eligible for a refund. Please carefully check all information before placing an order.
- Do not place multiple orders at the same time for the same link to avoid miscounting. In these cases, we cannot support refunds.
3. Refill / Guarantee Service
Most services have an estimated start time. For services with a guarantee (Refill):
- If the quantity drops during the guarantee period, you can create a Ticket to request a refill.
- No partial refunds for dropped services if the service is a "No Refill" service.
- If your social media account is locked or changes its username, the guarantee will be voided and no refund will be issued.
